After being very active in the Italian Pop, TV and instrumental music scene, drummer Gianluca Palmieri moved to Los Angeles, California, where he has been a member of the Drum Faculty at the MUSICIANS INSTITUTE Hollywood, CA since 2013. In 2007 Gianluca became the official drummer for guitar virtuoso GREG HOWE, and is the former drummer of Greg’s rock band MARAGOLD. He is now the official drummer for Iranian legendary artist GOOGOOSH, touring and recording worldwide. He is constantly touring internationally with different artists and drum clinics. Gianluca has performed and recorded with many international artists including Googoosh, Kanye West, Kamasi Washington, David Garfield, Shayna Steele Band, Stu Hamm, Greg Adams, Frank Gambale, Jennifer Batten, Rumer Willis, Down to the Bone, and many others.
