David Conolly
David Conolly is an award-winning writer, director and comedian. Most recently he starred alongside Rhea Seehorn, Lou Mustillo, Whitney Cummings, and Phil Lamarr in AMC’s Emmy-nominated COOPER’S BAR, which David also co-wrote and co-directed. As a comedian, David has headlined across the USA and competed in the World Series of Comedy, the San Francisco International, Seattle International Comedy Competition, and starred on Stand Up and Deliver for Jenifer Lopez’s Nuvo TV. David has written for stars such as John Cleese, Kelsey Grammar and Liz Hurley. With his wife, Hannah, he has directed four movies. Originally from the UK, David has appeared in plays on the West End and on TV & film on both sides of the Atlantic. However, his biggest claim to fame is being the host for the World Marbles Competition, (won that year by a Cuban in a sandpit in France.) David considered retiring after that peak, but was sadly broke, so had to keep surviving the dream.
